1. If online submission is available and you voluntarily and separately opt in through our website forms, you may receive service-related SMS messages from Aman Atwal MD PC for consultation coordination, appointment scheduling and reminders, follow-up updates, and patient support communications or marketing SMS messages that may include eye care education, service announcements, events, and promotional offers. Using the website or entering a phone number alone does not grant SMS consent.
2. You may opt out of SMS or messaging communications at any time by replying STOP to the number sending the messages. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message verifying your unsubscription. Once unsubscribed, you will no longer receive messages from us. To resume receiving messages, you may sign up again through our website forms.
3. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for assistance, or contact debbied@atwalec.com.
4. Mobile carriers are not responsible or liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message and data rates may apply. You can expect approximately 2–6 messages per month depending on engagement.
